Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Real Worth Realty, transparency is our core value. Please review our policy regarding refunds and cancellations for our services and property bookings.

1. Brokerage & Service Fees

Any service charges, professional fees, or brokerage amounts paid directly to Real Worth Realty are non-refundable once the services (such as property consultation, market analysis, or legal assistance) have been initiated or successfully completed.

2. Property Booking Amount

If you have paid a booking amount (EOI/Booking) for a residential or commercial property:

• Developer Jurisdiction: The refund or cancellation of any booking amount is strictly governed by the Terms & Conditions of the respective Builder/Developer.
• Third-Party Liability: Real Worth Realty is an authorized channel partner and does not hold or control the booking funds. We are not responsible for refund decisions, deductions, or delays made by third-party developers.

3. Site Visits & Appointments

We value your time and ours. You may cancel or reschedule a site visit at least 12-24 hours in advance. No cancellation fee is applicable for standard property visits. However, for specialized or premium consulting sessions, any pre-paid booking fee will be non-refundable in case of a "No Show".

4. Professional Legal/Loan Services

Fees paid for third-party professional services like customized legal vetting or high-priority loan processing are subject to the refund policies of the respective service providers/banks once the process has started.

5. Force Majeure

Real Worth Realty shall not be liable for any refunds or cancellations arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to changes in government regulations, natural disasters, or project cancellations by the builder.
